Has anyone been granted their DTV with a previous over stay ?

I understand somebody overstaying months or years -

My previous overstay was 3 days paid the 1500 baht fine at the airport -

Is there any leniency around a few days ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion confirms that having a minor overstay (like three days) is generally not an issue when applying for a Digital Work Visa (DTV) in Thailand, especially if the fine has been paid. Multiple responses indicate past approvals even with slightly longer overstays, suggesting leniency from Thai immigration authorities in such cases.

There will be no problem. You paid your fine. It ends there
