The immigration gave this to us saying that we need to give it to the house owner for them to sign it. The problem it they say in the document that we don't pay rent for staying in the house that is why the owner doesn't want to sign it. Can you guys tell me if this is required in all immigration or not?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A residence certificate is often required for foreigners living with Thai spouses, particularly when the document states that no rent is paid. This form is utilized to certify the marital cohabitation of a foreigner and their Thai spouse. If the landlord is hesitant to sign due to the 'no rent' clause, it may be beneficial for them to contact the immigration office for clarification. Additionally, having a Thai-speaking friend assist with communications may help resolve the issue.
Hi Federico! I am half Thai and just wanted to help you out with the translation. This is a residence certificate. The part where it says you do not pay rent also asks the person guaranteeing to confirm that you are also their spouse.
It may be worth bringing in a Thai-speaking friend to clarify this with the IO. If they want your landlord to guarantee your stay I believe they should be giving you another form. Good luck! ๐
It says no rent is paid because this form is used for couples, for the Thai spouse to certify that she/he is living maritally with a foreigner, and the foreigner doesn't pay any rent.
I think its a "residence certifate" I have ti get my father in law to fill mine in every year, plus a copy of his id. I don't pay rent. I don't think its a rental agreement. Try and translate the title with Goole translate.
A Residence Certificate is an official letter from the Thailand immigration office stating that you actually reside in the address you claim to live in.
While I have never seen that form IF your immigration office is saying you need it signed, then you need it signed.. I'd say have your land lord call the immigration office and talk to them.
Did you have a TM30 receipt? <- the receipt that your land lord (or you) filed the TM30 form stating a foreigner lives at that address?
