TLDR : Answer Summary
The time it takes to receive a receipt after filing the TM30 can vary based on factors such as the method of filing (online or in-person) and which Thai Immigration office is used. Confirming when and how it was filed may provide a better estimate.

When did your landlord file the TM30 ?

Was it filed online ?

What Thai Immigration office do you use ?

I came in from Myanmar as visa exempt. I didn't have time to get a visa. I came over on a chartered relief flight so have no forwarding ticket out of Thailand. I'm US citizen. My goal is to return to Myanmar when it calms down but IDK if that is a possibility.

if she did it online there is no receipt. She has to take a screen grab of the data she entered and that's your receipt
