TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, typically, after a landlord submits the TM30 notification, Thai Immigration sends the receipt directly to the tenant. Landlords usually submit this notification online, and tenants can use the printout from the system as proof of submission.
I think Landlord has done it by mail. If so the essence of my question is, will Immigration send the receipt direct to me? Or will it go to Landlord from whom I need to get a copy. Ta.
If your landlord sent TM30 by mail, the receipt would be sent by the envelope (that is with the return address written and stamps) your landlord enclosed with other documents to report.
