Okay, seeing as the O/P never weighed in as far as where they are we're done.

you can apply for a new extension when you have 30 days or less left on your current stamp.. OR if you are using amnesty right now (for what ever reason) you can apply for a new extension before that runs out.

With more than 70 offices in the country you wanna narrow down where in the country you are or you okay with most offices let you do it when you have 30 days or less?
