Hi.
I have a non immigrant O(marriage with a thai)visa from my home country,i know i can extend that with a 1 year in Thailand but can i also extend it with 30 days before the visa expire? If i not want to do the 1 year extension. The reason is i am not sure right now I have the money to lock on a thai account
TLDR : Answer Summary
You can extend your Non-O visa based on marriage either for one year or for a 60-day family visit, but you must apply for these extensions when you have 30 days or less remaining on your current visa. If you choose the one-year extension, you need to meet the financial requirement of having 400,000 baht in a Thai bank account for at least two months prior to applying.
