Hello, I have the Non-O visa based on marriage and it is about to expire on first week of March 2024. I would like to know if when should we start the process of renewal? Is it a month before the expiry of the visa? Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-O visa based on marriage can be renewed without issue when you have 30 days or less remaining on your current visa. It's advisable to start the renewal process around this time to ensure a seamless extension.

No issue at all applying for a year extension at most offices when you have 30 days or less left on your current stamp.

The year extension is added to the expiration date so you won't lose any time applying early
