My non O marriage visa expires on Dec. 11. How many days in advance do I have to report at the immigration, in order to extend it?

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can report to immigration to extend your Non-O marriage visa between 30 to 45 days prior to its expiration date. Some immigration offices, like those in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket, allow for extensions up to 45 days before expiration, while others typically require at least 30 days. It’s advisable to apply early to avoid any issues with paperwork.

Can do 45 days before visa expired, better do now.

It depends on your immigration office. Some like Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket (and some others) allow up to 45 days prior. The rest are usually 30 days prior. There is no minimum period. You could apply the day your visa expires - but highly not recommended to do that. Get it done as early as possible for your office. That way if there’s any issues with paperwork or requirements you have time to sort it out. They add a year on to your existing “allowed to stay” date so there’s no downside to applying early.
for a year extension for a marriage visa you need to be able to show financial requirements of either 400k in a bank account in your name only, or show income of 40k per month for the past 12 months. There are numerous other requirements like copies of this or that. Probably best option is to go to your local immigration office and ask them for the handout of the requirements needed and go from there.

You must go at least 30 days before it expires, but no more than 45 days.
