Hi. Can you tell me when is the earliest I can renew my non-O visa (marriage visa) before it expires? Also, do you know if the visa will renew on the date of renewal, or on the date that the previous one expires? Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can generally renew your Non-O marriage visa 30 to 45 days before it expires, depending on the office. Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, and Buri Ram allow renewals 45 days prior, while other offices may permit renewal 30 days in advance. It's important to note that instead of renewing, you can apply for an extension, which will start from the previous visa's expiry date.

I asked this question in Pattaya today but it was for a normal Non O retirement.. 40 days before and the renewal date stays the same

No visa renews. Once it's done it's done. You can however apply for an extension, which runs from the date the visa expires

Depends on the office you use. Most are 30 days prior. Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket and Buri Ram are 45 days prior.
