I am a female Japanese national currently on Amnesty visa (originally had an non-B Visa) i've married my long time Thai partner recently and would like to switch to "married visa" how should i proceed ?
Thank you very much in advance for your help & advice.
TLDR : Answer Summary
To switch from an Amnesty visa (originally a Non-B visa) to a Married visa in Thailand, you will need to visit your local Thai Immigration Office with your Thai husband and prepare several documents. Required documents typically include your passport, your Non-B visa, marriage certificate, husband's ID card, house registration, application form, photos, and processing fee. Note that the specific requirements may vary by immigration office, and you may need to apply for a 90-day Non-O visa based on marriage before obtaining the one-year extension.
