Help please. I am married to a Thai National. We are both currently in the USA. I researched how to get a Thai marriage visa some parts I get but most say neccessary documents, my question is what are the neccessary documents that are required to bring to immigration office?
Thx
TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a Thai marriage visa, particularly if you're already married to a Thai national, the required documents can vary by immigration office. Generally, it's recommended to apply for a Non-Immigrant O visa based on marriage before arriving in Thailand. It's important to check with your local Thai embassy for the most accurate requirements. If you were married in the USA, ensure your marriage certificate is authenticated before traveling to Thailand. Upon arrival, you can convert your 60-day stamp into a one-year visa, but make sure you have a place to stay, as immigration may verify your marriage at your residence.
