Process Involved ??

Need to change my NON B , which expires in 30 days , to a NON O marriage Visa. I have Thai wife and marriage certificate from Canada.

Do I just visit immigration when my visa expires and change , or do an extension ? Steps required ?

I have a verified copy of marriage certificate from Canadian Embassy. So far. And 400,000 in bank , done.

Advice and Help appreciated..

TLDR : Answer Summary
To change your NON-B visa to a NON-O marriage visa, you need to register your marriage certificate with the Thai district and attach it during the immigration process. You can change the reason for your visa extension to marriage, provided you meet all necessary requirements. It's advisable to visit immigration with your documents and inquire about the specific steps required.

Immigration officer knows best. Go there, show your papers and ask for the process requirements

You just change the reason for your extention of stay to marriage providing you meet all the requirements for a marriage extention.

Or even better, let her call immigration and ask. The paperwork needed for marriage extension is quite extensive (way more then just a marriage certificate), but you are in a different situation then most of us. I'm on under-consideration stamp atm, so the process is very fresh. You can't mess up a single requirement or you get denied.

Let your wife call the district office and ask. Most people like me who are married to Thai wife got married in Thailand, your situation is a bit unique.
