Process Involved ??
Need to change my NON B , which expires in 30 days , to a NON O marriage Visa. I have Thai wife and marriage certificate from Canada.
Do I just visit immigration when my visa expires and change , or do an extension ? Steps required ?
I have a verified copy of marriage certificate from Canadian Embassy. So far. And 400,000 in bank , done.
Advice and Help appreciated..
TLDR : Answer Summary
To change your NON-B visa to a NON-O marriage visa, you need to register your marriage certificate with the Thai district and attach it during the immigration process. You can change the reason for your visa extension to marriage, provided you meet all necessary requirements. It's advisable to visit immigration with your documents and inquire about the specific steps required.
