TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is arriving in Thailand with a one-month visa and seeks advice on how to extend their stay to three months. Comments suggest options like obtaining a 60-day tourist visa before entry, which can then be extended by 30 days at an immigration office for 1,900 baht. It's noted that Dominican Republic citizens may not be eligible for visa exemption, so securing a visa in advance from a consulate is necessary. Overall, travelers are advised to get a proper visa prior to arrival to avoid complications.

No.

After 30 day extension you can only get a 7 day extension (same cost and procedure of 30 day extension)

If you cannot buy a 60 day tourist visa before entering the Country, just arrive and get 30 day visa exempt stamp; then go to an Immigration Office inside Thailand and buy a 30 day extension (1,900 baht); then fly out/in or just do a border run to get new 30 day visa exempt stamp

It doesn't seem Dominican Republic is on the list of countries that are either Visa Exempt or Visa on Arrival which means you cannot enter Thailand unless you get a Visa in advance from a Thai consulate or embassy, according to the Wikipedia list. Once you get either a single entry or multi-entry tourist visa at a consulate or embassy, you can stay 60 days, but can extend it at the immigration office for either 7 or 30 more days for 1900 baht (depending on what country you are from). I can't find whether Dominican Republic is allowed a 7 day or 30 day extension.

You won't get a 30 day visa on arrival because there is no such thing :/

If you come to thailand without having bought a visa from a thai consulate before hand and get stamped in for 30 days you are entering on a 30 day visa exempt entry.

I would say get a single entry tourist visa from a thai consulate in your country before you wing your way here. That will give you 60 days when you stamp in and you can extend that by 30 days at the immigration office for 1900baht.
