I got 30 days visa in Thailand 

does anyone have any experience getting  extension for 60 Days?

If you apply for Non-O in Thailand, it is "no-entry" because you are already in Thailand. You need to 'buy' a re-entry permit single or multiple separately.

That is correct, IF you're within the proper time frame AND your immigration office sells those visas

You do not have a 30 day visa, you have a 30 day visa exempt (most likely).

At most immigration offices, you will need to get your first 30 day extension of stay based on tourism. After you get a 30 day extension of stay based on tourism, then you can apply for a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19.
