Do I need TM30 for 1st 90 day report? LL is old and incapable of filling in online TM30, any advice?

Realtor is saying they can go to immi with me at the time of the report. I'm a little concerned.

Thanks,

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the necessity of a TM30 form for their first 90-day report. They are concerned since their landlord is elderly and unable to complete the online submission. Other community members confirm that the TM30 is a requirement and discuss who is responsible for filling it out, mentioning potential fines if not compliant. Suggestions include assistance for completing the online TM30 and affirmations that landlords typically manage this process.

Our condo is in my wife's name, so she has to fill out the TM30. Does anyone have the official gov link for the TM30?

Does the adress report TM30 have to have a current issue date or can I also use one from a year ago, as long as nothing has changed?

as long as itโ€™s valid. At Jomtien you have to file a new TM30 on the day you apply for your EoS so it would never be longer than a year.
