TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the process for their new landlord to submit a TM30 form online, which is required for resident registration in Thailand. Responses confirmed that the TM30 can be submitted online through a specific immigration portal. However, the landlord must first register with necessary housing documents to obtain access credentials.

They’ll need to sign up with house documents first. They then get a username and password to use the system. Forget that it mentions “hotels”. Private residences can use the system too.
