Hi guys I need some help.

I moved to a new land lord and he need to do a tm 30 for us. Can he do it online? And if so is they a link

They’ll need to sign up with house documents first. They then get a username and password to use the system. Forget that it mentions “hotels”. Private residences can use the system too.
