Do I need a copy of my TM30 when submitting my 90-day report in Thailand?

Edit: Well, we had our TM30s but turns out it didn’t matter because we recently travelled and checked into a hotel, and we didn’t know we had to update it again to reflect our Bangkok condo. So husband got denied since it was under his name, and we need to submit it again once our landlord updates it.

For those who have recently submitted a 90 day report:

Did you need a copy of your TM30? My landlord filed one but I’m having a hell of a time trying to get them to send me a copy but wondering if I actually need it when I do my 90 day report …

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired whether a copy of their TM30 form is needed for submitting their 90-day immigration report. They encountered issues after traveling and mistakenly assumed their TM30 update sufficed. Comments suggest that while immigration can access TM30 filings if the address is known, having a copy can be beneficial. It's also recommended to ask landlords for access to file TM30 independently.

Yes you definitely need TM 30.

They can register you here.

If it's filed and you have the exact address then immigration can access the filing. You can also ask your landlord for the login and password and file yourself when needed.

I believe there is only a short window of time to actually download it once it's submitted like 15-30 minutes. So a screenshot sometimes might be the only option.

I have needed mine in Jomtien. It should be on the system if landlord has done it though.
