Hi, I just moved to a new condo about a month ago and my 90 days reporting will be due soon. My previous 90 day report was done via online with the old address. For my coming 90 days reporting can I still do it online and use the new address or I will need to go immigration office in person to file the 90 days reporting? Do I need to submit TM30 report first before I can do my 90 days report online using my new address? Problem now is my landlord has yet to get back to me on the submission of TM30. Appreciate some advise. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the process for filing their upcoming 90-day report after moving to a new address. They wonder if they can report online using their new address or if an in-person visit to the immigration office is necessary. Additionally, they seek clarification on whether they need to submit a TM30 report first, as their landlord has not yet responded regarding this submission.

That's the way I always understood things. But I recently changed my address in Chiang Mai moving to the other side of town. The TM30 was submitted by the owner and I got a copy.
I lodged my 90 day 'online' as usual and it was accepted with my new address on the return pending notification. A day later it was approved. So maybe not all immigration offices make you lodge the first report in person anymore?
perhaps I should try it via online as well first once the landlord submit the TM30 and provide me a copy. See how it goes. If failed then I will do it in person. Just gotta give myself some buffer by doing in slightly earlier. Thanks for sharing.
I HAVE seen people who moved addresses and whose landlord filed a TM30 (and gave you the receipt) be able to use the online 90 day reporting system without a problem.
Thanks for the advise. The thing is that my Landlord insisted that she will be doing the TM30 reporting and as to date still there are no update. Nevertheless, with the new address there is no other way to do it via online and I will still need to go in person and one-stop Chamchuri
