Dear team. I have just moved to a new Condo 3 weeks ago. I am due for 90 day reporting which I have never done before. Apparently the landlord has registered my name and details already. Do I need to go to MTT or can I do online. Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the process for their first 90-day reporting after moving to a new condo. They have been informed that their landlord has already registered their details, but the user is uncertain if they need to go to the MTT in person or if this can be done online. Commenters advise that the first 90-day report must be done in person and suggest bringing a copy of the address registration. There is also a question about the possibility of reporting a few days early or facing fines for late reporting.

You can do it between 15 days before to 7 days after in person.

OK that's great news. Thank you

If you never done a 90 day report, you have to make the first one in person. You take a copy of the print screen of the address registration with you
