Hi all, I’m asking this question on behalf of my dad. He’s currently in Thailand on a 90-day Non-O visa (Thai family) based on him being my dad as I’m a Thai citizen. I’m currently in Australia and was wondering if he can get the 60-day Non-O extension without me being there? Thanks in advance.

The extention of stay is for 'visiting Thai relatives' if you're not in the country he cant get the extention based on visiting you.

The 60 day extention is based on 'visiting Thai relatives'. There's no age limit.

He doesn’t have to prove your location for an extension if he already has the visa and currently in Thailand I just used an agent,.I am on the same visa and got the extension for 90 days with just a few photographs and my rental contract it will cost him 8-9k baht with a good agent

No you need to be there with him but he can make covid extension 60 days same 1900 baths and some paper
