I extended my stay until 14 April but my 90 day report is due tomorrow 9th April.

Will I have any problems when I leave if I don't report?

I have left my passport in CM and can't do it here today.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has extended their stay until April 14 but has a 90-day report due on April 9. They are concerned about potential issues when leaving Thailand if they fail to report due to not having their passport. Comments suggest that the user may utilize online reporting options like TM47, which can help avoid complications with immigration compliance.

U can try using the TM47 app. It worked so far for me and they even send u a reminder 2 weeks b4 your next reporting is due. It takes about 3 working days to send u a confirmation. Just make sure their emails dun go into your junk folder.

As

said you can try the online program and see if it works, you sign up with an email, they send you a password, you log in, submit the TM47 online, get a confirmation that they have it and then wait to see if it's approved or rejected.

Are you now on a one year extension of stay as Married to Thai?

Or did you enter in January 2022 with a new Non O as married to Thai...getting 90 days on arrival?

Or entered with tourist visa and extended 30 days?

I am only curious....

If you make several entries like this each year..

It may be time to look at getting the correct visa for your multiple visits each year.

will you be coming back to Thailand ?

Then you should report before you depart, as an eagle eyed IO may notice on your next visit that you failed to report and fine you 2000 baht.
