Can I get my marriage extension stamped before the 30-day under consideration period ends?

After applying for a 1 year extension based on marriage, then getting an in home visit is it possible to go back to Immigration to get the extension stamped BEFORE the end date on the 30 day under consideration stamp? Time is of the essence for me, and I will ask my Immigration Captain when I apply but if the Admins have any thoughts on this it would be appreciated. TIA!
