Good afternoon. I'm was on a non-o based on marriage. I re-entered Thailand two days before expiry of the visa and was stamped in for another 90 days which expires on 8th March. Can I apply for an extension now or do I need to wait 30 days prior to March 8? Thanks. Sorry if it has been asked before, but I couldn't find the exact situation.

You have to wait until your stamp remains 30 days (45 days depending on the office) or less to apply for a 1-year extension. Usually, they don't accept your application for a yearly extension until then.

Prachuap Khiri Khan needs a valid KR22 issued within previous 60 days for what its worth

Ask your office how old KR22 they'd accept. Might differ by province.
