VISA help - cancelling a re-entry permit

I am on a Non-B 90 days visa. There's a problem with the documents from my company so they cannot extend my Non-b. It expires on 25th June.

I have to leave and fly back in on a 30 day visa exempt stamp. I will fly back in on 22nd June, BUT my non-b and re-entry permit are valid until 25th.

Can I cancel my re-entry permit? I do not want to be stamped back in on my current Non-B visa. I want to cancel it by leaving the country.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user on a Non-B visa is facing issues with document extension and plans to leave Thailand before expiration, seeking advice on cancelling their re-entry permit to avoid returning on the current visa. Comments suggest that the decision may depend on Immigration Officer discretion and discuss alternatives like applying for a 90-day visa or extending a tourist visa.

No work permit for me now

Thinking to get a 90 days visa

With idea of starting my own business in that time

No advisable to start selling cafe without work permit. Ilegal and can be caught by immigration and disturb by police unless you are willingly to pay coffee money.

That would be down to the discretion of the IO when you arrive back.

That's what I've heard - was hoping there was a more solid way to cancel the re-entry permit at immigration or something here in bkk.
