TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired whether they need to file a 90-day report after arriving back in Thailand and departing on the exact 90th day. The comments provided varied perspectives, with several advising that it isn't necessary to file since they are leaving on the due date. However, it was also suggested that filing early can avoid potential complications. Ultimately, the user decided to submit the report in-person for peace of mind, despite initial difficulties with online submission.

Thank you all , first try was to do the report online but they rejected it , I was hesitant to go all the way to immigration with the heat at moment but just for the peace of mind and after reading some suggestions here , headed over and did file the 90 days report. It was quick 5 minutes process.
Yeah it makes no sense not to file it... because it costs nothing to do and will re-set when you come back. But not doing it could still result in a fine, so why not just file it?
