Hi, I am in thailand with a working Non-b visa. I have the multi entry permit too. The thing is I will go to my home country for christmass, i forgot to look at the valid until date of the visa and now i see the visa is valid until 15 of january, same than my multri entry permit. My flight will arrive bkk on 15 of january. Im gonna lose the visa or have any problem? Or they let you come in and fix the visa problem paying the 500 bahts/day penalty?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about returning to Thailand on January 15th, the expiration date of their Non-B visa and multi-entry permit. Community members clarify that they might have an extension of stay rather than a single entry visa, emphasizing the importance of consulting with the immigration office to possibly apply for a new extension and a new re-entry permit prior to departure. There are suggestions to visit the immigration office prior to traveling or to inquire about an early application for the extension based on their travel schedule.

Depending on your immigration office, you may be able to apply for your new extension up to 45days in advance. you seem to have fixed round trip tickets. So even if you leave earlier than that days, can go to local office to show the fixed schedule (means you have proof you are out of Thailand during application window) and ask if they let you apply for your next extension a bit earlier. All the worst they say no. But no downside to ask. You need to get all required documents from your employer though.

Guessing that you have an extension of stay as opposed to a single entry Non-B visa with a multi-reenty permit. So you can apply for another years extension up to 30 days before expiry, and you would have to purchase a new reentry permit too. If you arrive back on the 15th and then apply for a new extension, they MAY allow you to do so and pay the fine, I would not risk it

The problem is I am going out of Thailand at beginnig of December , so is not going to be posible ask for the year extesion as it is more than 30 days before. So I suppose in this case scenario the best thing to do is change my return flight to arrive before of the expiracy date to avoid problems. :(

That is totally up to you

It is an Extension of Stay as mentioned in the stamp in your passport, not a visa.

It is not a visa problem that you planned to travel, you might go before you depart to the Immigration Offfice with support of your employer to apply for a NEW 1 year Extension of Stay and a NEW re-entry permit.
