I have been working in Thialnand with a legal work permit which expires this June, but i have a Non B visa until August which i still want to use until it expires. Is it still possible for me live in the country ones my work permit is expired as I still have non b visa until August? Kindly advice.

, You know what the legal procedure is. There is no more to be gained by you trying to make it so you can stay on an extension based on employment when you are no longer employed.

Did you go to the thai immigration office and apply for a year extension for 1900baht?
IF you have the visa where you exit/re-enter every 90 days you're fine to continue using it.
IF you have an extension of stay, when you stop work you go cancel your work permit and then immediately go cancel your extension of stay you cannot stay on that extension if you are no longer employed

, if you have a stamp like I posted you are NOT on a visa anymore, you are on an extension. When you quit work you go cancel your work permit and cancel your extension and leave the country. That is how it works.

This is what an extension of stay stamp looks like. If you have this you go cancel it when you stop working.

No! Because your visa b is related to the business who gave you a work permit.if you are out of the job normaly you have to change your visa , because u can only stay 7 days more if the wok permit is revoked or cancels

Exactly, 'the extention'. The origional visa B is still valid untill the enter before date if its multi entry or he can stay untill the admitted to stay stamp if was single entry

no its ok . If it is NOT an extention of stay you got at immigration .( it means also that you had to exit thailand every three months since you got your VISA)
