What happens to a Non-B visa if I exit Cambodia and return to Thailand without a re-entry permit?

Hi All, If you exit Cambodia with a Non-B visa without a re-entry permit, is it automatically cancelled when you return to Thailand, or do you have to go to Chaeng Watthana to cancel it? Thank you so much.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When you exit Thailand with a Non-B visa and re-enter from Cambodia without a re-entry permit, whether your visa is automatically cancelled depends on specific circumstances. If you have been in Thailand for less than 90 days from your initial visa, there is no action needed. However, if you have applied for an extension at a local immigration office in Thailand, you must cancel that extension upon your return if you intend to apply for any future extensions. If you plan to return as a tourist without seeking an extension, you can leave the status as is.

It depends on what exactly you were on.

Have you been in Thailand for less than 90 days from the initial visa? Then you are fine, you don't need to do anything with your visa stamp.

OR

Have you already applied for an extension at the local immigration office in Thailand? Then you must cancel the latest extension once you are back to Thailand, IF you want to apply for any other extension in the future.

If you will not apply for an extension hereafter, and will travel to Thailand only on a tourist status without extension, you can leave it.

I mean, I have a Non-B visa, and my husband and daughter have Non-O visas. I wonder if I need to cancel their Non-O stamps at immigration, or will they be automatically cancelled when I cancel my Non-B?
