no workaround if you're going to be working and making the company productive you'll need a WP.

If you want sit and direct from afar or do away with company entirely you can just get a retirement visa

you can't really eliminate your sunk fixed costs in this scenario as per other posts. May aswell make the company productive and pay for itself. Best option.

Traveloka app is good for Thailand and s.e.asia. always cheaper than walk-ins and no issue in 5 years for me.
