okey, so is thai social security valid for (2)? How do I show that? And what is required for (1)? Will any note from a local clinic do even if they don’t have a testing kit for covid19?

Also would I be fine if I jump on an expensive flight arriving March 21 or earlier?

yes, you can get almost 9 months with it.

The 6 month visa does not allow staying 6 months continuously. It gives you unlimited entries to Thailand for 180 days from when they put it in your passport, each entry allows you to stay for 60 days. (Which can be extended to 90 days) You can re-enter Thailand right before the visa expires to stay another 60-90 days.
