Call the hotel, get confirmed booking -full paid upfront and then upload the doc in the system. Thai pass will arrive soon!

Why was my Thailand Pass denied despite having uploaded the AQ Hotel booking confirmation from Agoda?

Once you find the right hotel, email them directly / call them if possible. Then they will give you the confirmed hotel booking from hotel. Hope that works!
