You had to download a list of the recognised government hospitals you can only use them if not you have to pay for it if you have not got that let me know Location and I will try and send you a photo copy

Yes the NHS for it is only a temporary Covid certificate for short time only used in the UK you need to download the government website one will be sent to your address which is for the international
