Jon Warner when you bring your bank books to immigration to prove monetary requirements are met, do the bank books print out each and every transaction made? If so, mine must be a book with all my grab and lotus charges (I only keep 1 acct w/ 1Mthb).

after they remove their 800k, you can then deposit "your" 800k which will be "seasoned" long enough by the time you need to renew.

If I'm not mistaken, ive read about others having this problem after changing phones. It was bcus the banking info is on the original SIM card on your old cell. So I "think" you need to keep the same SIM card that was used when u installed the banking app

I left out of DFW on Korean Airlines on a Wednesday I think 1155a flight to Seoul. Layover, then Seoul to BKK landing early Friday morning Bangkok time around 1a (less crowded at immigration at that time)

let me know if you go the agent route to take care of everything. I have about 1yr before I'm trying to relocate. I'll be visiting for the 1st time (scouting trip) in Feb for a couple weeks.

sounds like me. Although I'm waiting for 62 to receive SS. I've had enough and trying to relocate by next Dec hoping home prices don't fall too much so I can get as much equity to live in Thailand until SS (another 2yrs wait 😔). I will be looking into an agent to take care of the amount needed in a Thai bank acct.
