Wild! When I did it, I thought I needed the visa before the COE so I only sent in my visa application and they emailed me back saying they can't complete my visa until they got a COE application. The embassy website for LA says the COE application requires a valid visa though.. so good luck to everyone

when I applied, I had to submit the COE application and visa application at the same time. I did not have an approved visa yet when I submitted for the COE

Definitely, and always changing day by day it seems. I'm just hoping for the best at this point, once I make it to ASQ I will be able to relax

I'm getting the test 72 hours before my first flight departs. I checked with the local embassy and they said that was fine, only needed to be within 72 hours of the first flight as long as you werent in the transit airport longer than 8 hours

Thank you! Strange how they aren't even sure what they want from everyone. The RT-PCR test confusion is blowing me away too. Some say the time window starts when you get the result, some say it starts when you take the test. Some say it has to be within 72 hours of BOTH flights including connecting flight, etc

source for that? It has never been listed as a requirement for TR visa so far, and my COE was approved with only ASQ accommodation

My COE number has a slash in it, which the app does not accept. And there is an entry for "reference number" which I have no idea what that is or how to find it.
