Is there anything else we need? Planning on heading to Thailand the very end of March.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post outlines the required documents for traveling to Thailand, including a passport, visa, Certificate of Entry, ASQ bookings, a Fit to Fly certificate, COVID-19 test results, health insurance, and the T8 form. Community comments add suggestions for a declaration form, confirmed accommodation post-ASQ, and highlight financial considerations. Additional discussions address the ambiguity of certain requirements and the necessity of being prepared with all documentation for a smooth entry.

I believe you need to have the hotel after the ASQ booked
I had to give an address for when I finished ASQ. The man at the counter beside me before immigration argued with the officer that he didn’t know where he would be staying yet. Eventually the officer lost patience and told him to go make a hotel booking online and join the back of the queue.
Thank you! Strange how they aren't even sure what they want from everyone. The RT-PCR test confusion is blowing me away too. Some say the time window starts when you get the result, some say it starts when you take the test. Some say it has to be within 72 hours of BOTH flights including connecting flight, etc
I took the test within 72 hours of departure, therefore the results are within 72 hours. I’m not even sure if you can get another test at a connecting airport if the stop over takes you out of the 72 hour window.

Definitely, and always changing day by day it seems. I'm just hoping for the best at this point, once I make it to ASQ I will be able to relax
I'm getting the test 72 hours before my first flight departs. I checked with the local embassy and they said that was fine, only needed to be within 72 hours of the first flight as long as you werent in the transit airport longer than 8 hours
8 hours? That’s interesting because I travelled Melbourne to Bangkok with Singapore airlines and the stop over at Singapore is 10 hours, where I used the Ambassador Transit Hotel for 6 hours ($165)to sleep and shower, so the information we all receive is ambiguous.
