Thank you , .. My school has told me that they will deal with the Labour Office and just need my work permit. I will give it to them a few weeks before and explain the situation. Thanks again

maybe I shouldn't hand back my work permit on 4th either...ask a colleague to do it on 11th?

Thanks for your advice, i know it;s several months away , but it has been puzzling me. I will ask the school to write a letter to immigration stating my contract and employment cease on 11th and i will ask my school for 5 days leave without pay before I finish.. :)..

Thanks, although I have a very good relationship with the school, I am a little hesitant about asking them to state something in a letter which isnt strictly true... but if it's the only way to do it?

she didn't have a Thai passport when we arrived 5 years ago

we were told that she wouldn't be able to show both passports to an official at Immigration at the airport... but now with the Auto system she would be ok

Ok .. she wouldn't have realised that.. but it's done now. Is she now recognised by their system and able to exit on her Thai passport to Australia?
