 Thank you Ellie, unfortunately I don’t have that receipt as I never received it from the landlord, they did send me an online login too but that has now changed. I have contacted them though to find this out - I’m guessing this is the same thing too ☺️

, for the TM30 form does this have to be a copy of the original one that was submitted when we moved in or does the landlord/ourselves need to submit another one?
