I went to Bangkok main office to do the 90 days report, I told them I had my flight to another country on my 93th day, they called a superior, share my data and told me no 90 days report is due. I left the country and came back after 10 days without any problem. I know every officer can give his own interpretation but I verified it by leaving Thai and entering again that the info was correct. Just for additional specs: all of this happened 1 month ago, not years ago.

No worries at all, you have 15 days before and 7 days after the 90th to report the 90 days, if you leave before the 97th day no report is due. I went to immigration to ask that because I was about to be in the same situation.
