yes good luck and ones health become more scary when in a new country and the need for good travel insurance is vital. I had a heart attack in Chiangmai and took me 3 hours to get to a hospital and I jumped in a red taxi and fell asleep because I had no oxygen left. Still alive cost my insurance $60,000 Aussie.
