I dont think Airbnb is a good option in Laos.. hotels are better and yes, from my experience, I used agoda.

you dont need to fill in the guarantor section if you're using your own bank account with 500k and above funding. The guarantor section is only for those who need others' bank account to be presented at the bank

So, for the work related documents, these are what I submitted-

1) Cover letter explaining why I'm applying, with reasons my tasks can be done remotely.

2) Company registration certificate

3) Recommendation letter from my company stating they approve of me working remotely.

4) Some screenshots of the emails I exchanged regarding my work (just to make it comprehensive)

5) 6 months salary slips

I don't remember the size of the photo. It was given on the form tbh 🥹

There's no deadline. I made appointment at the embassy and I went to submit my application on the appointed day.

I'm not sure what is their standard. But mine was 500k++ that sit still in the bank for 3 months and I used foreign bank account and my account was 3 months old

well tbh though.. I think if you go early, you might need to queue.. I arrived at 1:30pm ish so it was pretty much just me and 2 other people who were there 😅😅
