What really confuses me is that they also told us that if we leave the country without applying for a re-entry permit, our visa/extensions are automaticaly cancelled..
Thanks . I understand. To cancel these extensions (for 3 kids +me), can someone do this on my behalf at immigration? Or de we have to all go in person?
Also, how long before our flight should be cabcel ? We all fly at different dates...
Hi,we all are on extension of stay (for 1 year). So, what happens if I leave Thailand without having cancelled the visa, and also without getting a re-entry ?
and get a non-O from embassy outside thailand...What will happen when I come back ?
And for parents, wait until visa is cancelled, then go out of country and request guardian? I need to have kids already on non-ED before requesting guardian?
When should we do this? I understand that once non-B is cancelled, we need to leave the country. Should be do the switch before it's cancelled? Or cancel, leave country, and ask for non-ED outside the country?
