What travel advice do expats have for entering Thailand from the UK during the red list restrictions?

Red list is only concerned with your return to UK.

Biggest problem now is Foreign Office advice which has been updated to say "essential travel only" to the whole of Thailand.

Doesn't mean you can't go but does mean that most, if not all UK companies will not insure you for travel to Thailand.
