Updated: A nurse/doctor called me on my phone number this morning

to inform that I was tested negative. I reminded them to send the result via email because that's what I requested earlier. Until now, I haven't received the result yet!! My flight is tomorrow morning, I'm so worried. I did message on FB, email, call the hot line (busy), callback service, still no response yet. What should I do??
that's the point. The admin of their FB page would advise the hospital's management to acknowledge my complaint lol I don't mind if they change the price, just not this way
thank you so much, that's very helpful information. I just hope they take a look at my documents because they simply declined without letting me know what went wrong or how things should be. How much is the charge to do it may I ask?
