All of you trying to be virtuous and suggest he just give away his money need to quit being hypocrites. Without knowing his situation, you’re telling him to give it away, yet your profiles show many of you going to the beaches and going out etc. Those trips are superfluous and if you are truly concerned for the less fortunate- maybe you should divert your funds to charity instead of your “fun”.

Call them to be sure, many are working non standard hours with all this happening (at least the Chicago Consulate was). We flew at noon on a Sunday, Friday afternoon I was calling once I completed everything. They assured me I would get it Saturday, and late morning Saturday, they emailed me the COE.

I see quite the opposite in just about every Thai I know. From white collar upper/middle class to low wage earners they all have more debt than they can shoulder. Yet, they seem to get even more credit and spend every bit of it.
