TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is experiencing anxiety over not receiving their Certificate of Entry (COE) approval before their scheduled flight to Thailand, which is set for tomorrow evening. Despite having secured their flight ticket, visa, insurance, and other necessary documents, they are seeking advice from the community on what steps to take next. In the comments, various members suggest contacting the embassy via phone or email, and share personal experiences where they received their COE approval just hours before their flights. There are also discussions on whether a PCR test is required for the COE, and reminders about the need to prompt the embassy promptly given current travel restrictions and application pressures.

I think you can't apply to COE more than 1 month before flight

dunno. Think it depends on the embassy. But I wouldn't leave it until last minute. They are inundated with applications now

Call them to be sure, many are working non standard hours with all this happening (at least the Chicago Consulate was). We flew at noon on a Sunday, Friday afternoon I was calling once I completed everything. They assured me I would get it Saturday, and late morning Saturday, they emailed me the COE.

If you are in America, chase the Thai embassy to get your COE today. If you are anywhere else, it's probably too late because they will now be closed for the weekend.
