I wanted to budget high and if I came in under then great, but I didn't want to get there and under budget. Plus that included electric, water. So really it's only 550-600

the only reason I won't sub let is because I don't trust people. My mortgage is $650 a month. I'll probably get away with $20 electric. $210 on car insurance. $50 for American Phone. I'm right under $1000 a month just to lock it up and treat it like a storage locker. I don't want someone claiming they "live there" and I have to go thru the eviction process. I know I'm atleast coming back to America after 6 months 100% and I'll decide then if I'm going to sell my properties and liquidate my cars and belongings. But I want my 6 months to be comfortable, safe, cool, 4-5 star immunities.
