both my kids are in college. 21 and 20. I make 106k a year and I have no debt. 800 credit score and I don't think I'm a high roller. I'd love to have a nice clean condo for $400-475 but I'm planning for $700 as I pay for water, electric etc. Food, yes I plan to eat local but as I want to ask girls out the traditional way and ask them to come along on my adventures I will be paying for all that. So yes I budgeted $30 a day for food so we can eat and drink what we want when we want.

I wasn't in the military or have a pension. I have to come up with a number. And everybody seems to settle in 3k. So I need 900k getting 4-4.5% to be able to have 3k coming in every month. I'm 44k I have 11 years to get that lol. Thus is just a visit for 25k to see if I really want to do it and not just take a leap of faith and hope it works out.
