Yes this is true, I tried to cross the border without it being cancelled and got denied...once cancelled properly I had 7 days to leave.

What are the requirements for showing funds to obtain a DTV visa in Thailand?

I applied online to the London embassy, they didn't accept my long term savings account statement. I got a friend to transfer me the money into my current account the same day and they accepted that statement. I then sent the money back to my friend. It was in a UK bank account, not Thai. Thanks

Can I use multiple bank accounts and stock accounts to meet the DTV Visa financial requirement?

I tried showing my savings account and my stocks and shares, they refused and wanted it in a current bank account. Someone lent me the money for 2 days to save me from selling my investments. Job done. Now in Thailand on the dtv
