9am today? I think you are out of luck as it is already 11:30... if it's 9am tomorrow though you got plenty of ways and time to spare to try any or all of the options before tomorrow and make your own choice which is best
you know you can get more consistent answers to your questions if you look somewhere other than facebook.....for instance google ... or even better the cambodia government website...... don't rely on heresay from social media
