What are the current processing times for the Thai Tourist Visa (TR) when applying from Los Angeles?

I applied on Oct 24 not realizing the LA website says 15 days processing.

But it was 21 days from when I applied that we received our Evisa. A day before we were scheduled to leave. There was a holiday and the weekends so maybe that’s why it was a bit slower for us.
